Why is the news and social media so powerful and dangerous? If you can control the masses, you can do anything in this world.
I would recommend that you take a class or two in how artificial intelligence works. Computer science for most is a black box of confusion. If you start seeing the scary applications that artificial intelligence can (and will) play out in the world, you will hopefully have a greater appreciation for your own focus and mental clarity.
