Cofounder / CTO

I am looking for an experienced cofounder to join me in creating a fintech business. I have an idea that I know for a fact could produce billions of dollars in value for the mortgage industry and could likely see a unicorn level exit. The market is primed for something like this and I am looking for 1-2 other technical cofounders to take this project on. I am willing to throw about $50k of my own money to start the business and help cover expenses of developers at the start.

Experience in modern tech stacks is a must. The tech stack will likely utilize Framer for the main marketing site. As for the application itself, I am relying on your strategic decision making as a initial CTO. The stack will consist of likely Typescript, Node.js, React, React Native, Plaid, Stripe, and others. Experience in full stack development is a must. I have some technical experience but my domain of expertise is in lending and real estate. I will rely on someone with a background in working for a tech company to lead themselves and many of the technical decisions. Clean, robust, and secure code is a must since it is dealing with financial information. Proficiency in software testing and cybersecurity knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.

I intend to take on the burden of the marketing, operations, sales, and product manager sides of the business. Significant equity share is negotiable.
